Portland State University (PSU) and the International Institute for Information Science and Technology (IIIST) have agreed to jointly develop Bachelor's Degree programs in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Computer Science (BSEE, BSACpE, and BSCS), and a Masters program in Electrical & Computer Engineering (MESECE) to be offered in China by PSU through distance learning mechanisms at IIST and PSU.
