Oregon RAINS

The Regional Alliance for Infrastructure and Network Security (RAINS) is a non-profit, private/public partnership formed to accelerate the development and deployment of innovative technology for homeland security. PSU students perform research and development on a network infrastructure designed to allow first-responders to communicate securely about emergency situations.

Portland State University and the Indira Ghandi Centre for Atomic Research use a National Science Foundation grant to support collaborative reasearch between Post-Doctoral Fellow Shankar Ventakaraman and Dr. Jack Delvletian.
